How We Work Together.
Three engagement models. No discovery retainer that costs $10K to tell you something is feasible. Pick the one that fits where you are, and we move from there.
Engagement
models
Project-Based
Fixed scope. Fixed price. Ship it.

Best for well-defined builds: an MVP, a migration, a new feature set. We scope it in the first call, agree on a price, and I deliver. No change-order surprises, no hourly billing that stretches into months. A typical example: a SaaS MVP with auth, billing, and a basic dashboard, delivered in 6 weeks at a cost agreed upfront. You get the full codebase, deployed and documented, not a handoff that requires three more calls to understand.
Recent project: end-to-end marketplace platform, live in 8 weeks, zero scope overrun.
Includes
- — Full-stack build
- — DevOps & deployment
- — 30-day post-launch support
- — Full code handover
Best forStartups and teams with a clear spec who need it built properly and fast.
Timeline4–12 weeks typical
Monthly Retainer
Ongoing development, flexible priorities.

A set number of hours each month, yours to direct. Build new features, fix things, refactor, review PRs, or just have someone on call who knows the codebase. I don't disappear between sprints. In practice this looks like: Monday async check-in, a few Slack threads through the week, and a short Friday summary. No meetings you didn't ask for. Priorities shift? Tell me and I'll shift with them.
Teams on retainer ship roughly 2x more features per quarter compared to managing a series of one-off contractors.
Includes
- — 20–40 hours/month
- — Weekly async updates
- — Priority response on blockers
- — Monthly architecture review
Best forTeams with continuous product work who need a reliable senior hand, not a growing headcount.
TimelineMonth-to-month, 30-day notice
Technical Advisory
Strategic guidance. No code required.

For CTOs, founders, and engineering leads who need an experienced outside perspective. Architecture reviews, tech stack decisions, code audits, hiring signal — the kind of input that changes how you build, not just what you build. A common engagement: a single session surfaces two or three decisions that are quietly creating future debt. Those get addressed before they turn into a rewrite. I've done this for teams at the pre-seed stage and for engineering orgs at 50+ people.
One advisory client caught a critical data model flaw before launch, saving an estimated 6-week rewrite.
Includes
- — 2–4 sessions/month
- — Architecture & stack reviews
- — Code and infrastructure audits
- — Async Slack/email access
Best forFounders pre-hire, teams scaling past their current architecture, or anyone who wants a second opinion before committing.
TimelineFlexible, 3-month minimum
Specialized services
Looking for something specific? These go deeper on the work I'm asked for most.
Based in India. Clients in the US, UK, UAE, and Australia. IST timezone, async-friendly — I work around your schedule, not against it.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. Most of my clients are outside India — US, UK, UAE, and Australia. I'm in IST but I work async-first, so time zone gaps don't get in the way. For calls, I can usually find a window that works for both sides.
What does a project engagement look like?
It starts with a 30-minute scoping call. From there I put together a fixed-price proposal with clear milestones. Work is delivered in stages, each reviewed before moving forward. No surprises at invoice time.
Do you offer post-launch support?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support — bug fixes, deployment issues, minor adjustments. After that, a monthly retainer is available if you want ongoing cover.
How do I get started?
Use the contact form or send a direct message. The first call is 30 minutes and there's no commitment on either side. Most people come in with a rough idea and leave with a clear next step.
Not sure which fits? That's fine — most first calls end with a clear answer. Book one and we'll figure it out.
