Stop polling, start streaming — that was the core call. Subscribed to SP-API inventory notifications, piped them into SQS, processed via Lambda. 50,000+ SKUs in sync across 5 marketplaces in under 15 minutes, while competitors ran 24-hour cycles. Repricing engine on EventBridge every 15 minutes, pulling Buy Box data and applying floor/ceiling rules. Blue-green on ECS for deploys without 3am nerves. Clients ran $8M+ GMV through it annually.
